"Pricing was clear, but I felt a bit dismissed"
I’ll give cliove.com credit for showing the prices clearly, so I wasn’t stuck guessing what I’d pay before checkout. There was one small fee that made me pause and double-check, but it didn’t feel like some huge surprise. My only issue was that when I tried to understand it a bit more, I kind of felt dismissed instead of getting a clearer explanation. Overall, the pricing felt fair and mostly easy to follow, but they could do a better job explaining a few details. 4 stars

I had to return an item because I picked the wrong size, and honestly... I was expecting it to be a hassle. But the return steps on cliove.com were really clear, and I didn’t have to go back and forth with customer service a bunch.
I sent it back and got my refund faster than I thought I would. I was a little worried at first, but everything went smoothly... 5 stars from me

I asked for a refund and, to their credit, they handled it faster than I expected, which was a nice change. It wasn’t exactly instant, but the money was back in my account after a few days, so I can’t complain too much. An extra email update would’ve been nice, but I guess the important part is that it actually got done. Overall, decent experience. 4 stars.

I had a small problem with my order and figured it was going to turn into a whole hassle, especially since I’m careful about spending and didn’t want to feel like I’d wasted my money. I ordered from cliove.com and the package did show up safely, so I can’t really complain too much, right? The tracking was okay, not super detailed, but enough to know it was on the way. It arrived a day later than I was expecting, which was a bit annoying, but overall the delivery felt reliable. I’d probably use them again.

I got a dress from Cliove and, yeah, I was kind of surprised in a good way. The quality is better than I expected, the stitching is tidy, the fabric feels nice, and it doesn’t have that cheap look when you actually see it in person.
The fit was close to the size chart too, so that was a relief. Shipping did take a bit, which was a little annoying, but overall... for the dress itself, I’m happy with it. I’d probably order again if something catches my eye

My order from cliove.com showed up just how I picked it, with nothing missing and no random wrong sizes tossed in.

I was a little nervous since I’ve had mix-ups with other sites before, but everything matched the order page and the receipt. It was easy and there wasn’t any drama.
I’d definitely order again. It’s nice when you don’t have to chase anyone down to fix mistakes

I ordered from Cliove and, i’m happy with it. For the price, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but the quality turned out better than I thought it would.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the delivery could’ve been a little quicker. Still, for what I paid... I can’t really complain. I’d probably order from them again.

It fits, but it’s definitely a bit snuger than I expected. I can still make it work, but the sizing seems to run small. i was a little disappointed and would’ve appreciated an apology or some acknowledgment about the sizing being off.

I was a little cautious when I got to the payment part on cliove.com, since I always watch for anything odd during checkout. But it was really smooth. I entered my card details, there were no strange popups or random extra steps, and everything felt secure the whole way through. A few seconds later, the confirmation came through, and that was pretty much it. Nice and simple, which is exactly what I wanted
